Hi, I’m JULIE PHILLIPPS
I'm a former Chief People Officer and Board Advisor with a track record of shaping the people agenda inside global enterprises such as Microsoft where I spent 9 years in their people functions and more recently scaling high-growth Microsoft Gold Partner (Data & AI) from the foundations to 100+ in two countries.
Today, I partner with bold founders and CEOs who are building something that matters. Together, we design leadership, culture, and talent strategies that don’t just tick boxes, they power real, sustainable growth.
Also: I'm a mum, a carer, cat lover and Hyrox competitor. Which means I know a thing or two about stamina, resilience, and finding headspace in the chaos.
